PROPERTY MANAGER – MULTIFAMILY

Matthews is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Property Manager specific to Multifamily properties. This is an opportunity to assist in expanding a business unit for Matthews.

RECEPTIONIST (PART-TIME)

The objective of a Receptionist will assist in being responsible for both the front lobby and certain administrative functions of the team with the objective that quality standards and expectations of the company are met. Candidate should have excellent detail and organizational skills. This position requires the ability to perform data entry, schedule appointments, eloquently communicate information throughout the organization, and assist with clerical and administrative work as they arise.

BRAND MARKETING COORDINATOR

The objective of a Brand Marketing Coordinator is to implement and assist in the execution of marketing activities that ultimately maintain, develop, and enhance the strength of the Matthews™ brand.  The position requires the ability to innovate, collaborate, communicate and simultaneously execute multiple high-priority campaigns and initiatives across teams.

Our candidates will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, presenting a positive attitude and ambitious work ethic in all that they do. Candidates must have a drive to constantly learn as much as possible about the commercial real estate industry and stay up to date on the latest trends.

SENIOR LEASING ASSOCIATE

The objective of the Senior Leasing Associate is to be a hardworking, highly motivated and an ambitious individual contributor, that is excited by new challenges and consistent in the ability to manage customer relationships.

SALES ASSOCIATE

The objective of the Sales Associate position is to be a hardworking, highly motivated and ambitious, excited by new challenges and consistent in the ability to manage customer relationships. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment. Working within a team-selling environment, alongside a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate, with the primary responsibility to increase revenue.
