SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | PHOENIX, AZ

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating the marketing process, updating and maintaining various information databases, analyzing data, producing lease abstracts and collaboration cross-functionally to sustain an efficient sales process. The objective of a Receptionist will assist in being responsible for both the front lobby and certain administrative functions of the team with the objective that quality standards and expectations of the company are met. This position requires the ability to perform data entry, schedule appointments, eloquently communicate information throughout the organization, and assist with clerical and administrative work as they arise.
