Prior to joining Matthews ™, Raddie was the Senior Director of Finance for SharkNinja, a +$1.5B private company in the greater Boston area. Prior to that he was the Director of Finance at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. He was a key member of the team credited for helping Keurig transform from a $500 million company to a $4.5 billion company.
