The objective of a Receptionist will assist in being responsible for both the front lobby and certain administrative functions of the team with the objective that quality standards and expectations of the company are met. Candidate should have excellent detail and organizational skills. This position requires the ability to perform data entry, schedule appointments, eloquently communicate information throughout the organization, and assist with clerical and administrative work as they arise.


  • Copying and Scanning as Directed by Agents and Office Officials
  • Send and Receive Information with utmost accuracy and professionalism (Ex: via Outlook)
  • Daily Telephone Coverage per Company Standards
  • Use of Postage Machine for Daily Mail Processing Including Certified and Registered Mail
  • Assist with the Ordering and Stocking of Supplies
  • Overall Maintenance of the Office Including the Lobby, Kitchen, Conference Room(s)
  • Maintain Copiers and Additional In-Office Machinery, Problem Solve Existing Issues
  • Occasionally Book and Manage Travel Arrangements for Office Officials
  • Assist with all Other Daily Operations Upon Request of management


  • High School Diploma and 2+ Years of equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Including but not limited to Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills


  • Ideal candidate will be able to have great problem-solving skills
  • Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task without wavering in quality and accuracy
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service is a Plus
