The facility is positioned in a well-known medical complex adjacent to a major hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The transaction closed at $5,968,064 and was handled by Senior Associate Ryan Burke and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a 32-unit apartment building, located at 211 South Avenue 57, Los Angeles, CA. Senior Associate Taylor Avakian and Vice President J.A. Charles Wright represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Matthews™ represented the landlord in the leasing of the popular sandwich market, Mendocino Farms, at HollyHill Apartments, located at 4531 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Matthews™ completed the sale of ABB Inc., an office/industrial property located at 23000 Harvard Road, Cleveland, OH. The single-tenant building sold for $34,250,000. The deal was brokered by Executive Vice President, Chad Kurz.

Matthews™ completed the sale-leaseback of a two-unit portfolio, free-standing Bay Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery centers located at 1130 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL and 115 Highland Avenue, Largo, FL. The total transaction closed at $7,500,000. Each property featured a new 15-year absolute NNN lease guaranteed by Bay Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. Associate Pedrum Lavassani, and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno managed the transaction.

The deal represented one of the largest Class-C multifamily portfolio sales in the Old East Dallas submarket year-to-date.
