This property is strategically positioned halfway between the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach and the industrial hub of south downtown. The prime location helped the property record a price per square foot of $232.23.

Matthews™ is pleased to announce the sale of Eastside Self-Storage located at 2387 Lenora Church Road in Snellville, GA. Built in 2017, the three-story facility stands at 51,030 net rentable square feet and is situated in one of Atlanta’s leading submarkets.

Matthews™ brokers the sale of Craftsman Village in Ojai, CA. The property is located at 611 Pearl Street. Senior Vice President of Multifamily, Daniel Withers, arranged the sale.
