Cade Norland is a retail investment specialist advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties nationwide with an emphasis on quick-service restaurants (QSR). Specializing in Hardee’s, Carl’s Jr., and Burger King, Cade’s ultimate goal is to do right by his clients in every step of the way from understanding their needs to executing to achieve their goals. As professionals in advisory services and retail investment sales, he has built relationships with publicly traded REITs, preferred developers, multi-state franchisees and high net-worth individuals to create positive 1031 Exchange experiences for their clients. Cade utilizes his insights in real estate investment knowledge to create value for his clients in combination with his comprehensive background in business.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Cade worked with Roth Capital Partners, an investment banking firm, where he raised capital and provided advisory services for companies. He then went on to partner with Project Strategist at AdWorks, an advertising firm in which he developed a dynamic understanding of effective marketing techniques.
