Cody Wellington is a real estate advisor at Matthews™, focused in the collision repair industry. He represents private body shop owners in the sale of both their operations and real estate, delivering value through market insight, buyer relationships, and a deep understanding of industry consolidation. In addition to advising private owners, Cody has specialized expertise in the sale of corporate-owned collision real estate, working closely with owners in the acquisition and disposition industrial net leased assets.

Cody actively works with major MSOs such as Caliber Collision, Gerber Collision, and Classic Collision, as well as private equity-backed platforms and regional operators. His role includes advising on acquisition targets, underwriting opportunities, and facilitating strategic real estate and business transactions within the industry.

Before joining Matthews™, Cody gained experience in residential real estate as an associate broker with Compass.
