With over $300 million in closed transactions, Jermaine is known for his strategic property evaluations, disciplined underwriting, and unwavering commitment to client success. His work has consistently demonstrated a mastery of financial analysis and a keen understanding of New York City’s dynamic real estate landscape.

Before joining Matthews™, Jermaine served as a director at B6 Real Estate Advisors and held associate roles at prestigious firms including Eastern Consolidated and GFI Realty Services. In those roles, he led the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and office assets throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, including a standout $37 million acquisition of two Manhattan office buildings.
