L.B. Sierra is a Market Leader at Matthews™, overseeing the growth and development of the company’s Tampa office. In his role, L.B. recruits, trains, and mentors new agents entering the industry, teaching them the importance of forging relationships, possessing a relentless work ethic, and understanding trends in the market. His extensive experience working in both commercial and residential real estate gives him a unique advantage in building the Tampa office, growing Matthews’ presence in emerging markets.

L.B. brings extensive experience and expertise to Matthews™. He formerly worked at Colliers as a Director of Office and Industrial Services. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Brokerage and Leasing for Cardinal Point Real Estate, where he facilitated multi-million-dollar lease and sale transactions.  L.B. leverages his background in the industry to be an outstanding leader and mentor in Tampa.
