Specializing in retail, restaurant, hospitality, and creative property types, Marc successfully ran the business for over 11 years. With a track record of success, Marc also played a pivotal role in establishing and operating Unique Properties’ downtown Denver office. His involvement with Unique’s national affiliates in the TCN Worldwide network further solidifies his expertise. Previously, as director of the retail services group at Colliers International Denver, Marc led the highly successful retail division for five years, prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.
