Corporate Marketing Associate (PHX)
The objective of the Corporate Marketing Associate is to aid in the production and distribution of corporate marketing print and digital collateral. The Corporate Marketing Associate should possess the ability to promote a brand and its individuals through written and visual components. In addition, this position will require a passion for bringing new ideas to elevate a company’s brand and enhance consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn. You thrive in collaborative environments and want to develop your marketing skills through various avenues. We will utilize your talents as we develop Matthews Real Estate Investment Services’ brand and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality written content for company platforms and mass media (press releases, awards, bios)
- Manage projects in a timely manner with collaborating with multiple departments and team members
- Schedule social media and gather monthly analytics
- Work with Corporate Marketing Coordinator to develop content for Matthews’ social media platforms
- Seek opportunities to promote Matthews, company executives, and agents, submit company and individuals for awards and rankings
- Distribute press releases to local, national, and industry-specific media outlets
- Upload content to back-end of website
- Take on special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, advertising, or similar
- Editing and writing skills required, knowledge of AP style preferred
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe software a plus
- Real estate experience a plus
- Experience with email distribution tools a plus

- Experience working in a professional environment is preferred
