We are seeking a Marketing Technologist to enhance and automate marketing processes, optimize email marketing performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role bridges the gap between marketing and technology, focusing on automation, content generation, audience segmentation, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with experience in marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms to streamline marketing workflows, including content creation, campaign execution, and lead nurturing.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions for content generation and personalization.
- Assist in automating content creation for various marketing channels, including email, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of technology solutions.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve email engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to execute complex cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
- Experience with AI-driven content generation tools and email personalization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
