According to the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), 89% of the 11.4 million apartment unit households made a full or partial rent payment by June 13th, 2020. This is a 0.1 percentage point increase in those who completed rent payment through June 13th, 2019, and a 1.3 percentage point increase from rent paid on May 13th, 2020.
