Health Nut has been a family-owned business since 1988, beginning primarily as a vitamin and supplement store. The fast-casual, healthy eating establishment offers a variety of menu items ranging from salads to sandwiches, wraps and noodle dishes, smoothies, and of course their world-famous dressings. Health Nut also offers many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, which has enabled it to become a favorite destination for celebrities such as the Kardashians. The new location for the fast-casual joint will allow Health Nut to serve customers in the South Bay community, a popular destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Surrounding tenants include world-class retailers and restaurants such as SUGARFISH, Pressed Juicery, Free People, Splendid, Vineyard Vines, and Pitfire Artisan Pizza, to name a few. This will be the third location for Health Nut, it currently has two locations, one in Woodland Hills, CA and the other in Sherman Oaks, CA.

The off-market site was identified through a relationship developed through a previous leasing transaction. Jamba Juice, which formerly occupied the space, was 6 months out from expiration. Michael Pakravan and Nick Day had impeccable timing. They contacted the landlord just in time, making it a win-win situation for both parties.
