Senior Associate Brett Davis and Senior Vice President & Senior Director Alexander Harrold were also chosen as CoStar’s Q4 winners. The agents represented the seller in the $22,000,000 disposition of a Fedex Ground location at 5115 Dylan Dr., South Bend, IN.

In addition, Associate Vice President Catherine Lueckel was named a winner for CoStar’s Q4 Top Leasing Deals. Lueckel secured a 8,120 square-foot lease for 1899 Social Club near Cleveland, OH.
