Transaction Completed in 1031 Exchange, Matthews™ Represented Buyer & Seller
Fort Worth, TX— Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently completed the sale of an Ojo’s Locos Sports Cantina at 4421 South Freeway, Fort Worth, TX, in a 1031 Exchange. Matthews™ agents represented both parties and closed within one percent of the property’s final list price. Senior Vice President Josh Bishop and Senior Associate Kevin McKenna completed the transaction.
The seller was a prominent developer in Texas, and the buyer was a private client of Matthews™ looking to expand its single tenant net lease portfolio. The agents received multiple offers, closing in under 60 days.
“Representing both parties in this transaction allowed us to control the timeline and move the process along efficiently,” said McKenna. “Being close to this location allowed us seamless communication and constant support with our clients and get ahead of other Ojo’s Locos locations that remain on the market.”
