As the new Market Leader for the Matthews™ Cleveland office, Wallace brings over 10 years of experience in real estate transactions. In his role, Wallace will enhance and oversee business development in the Midwest region and manage the Cleveland office. Wallace will be an asset in recruiting top talent to join the firm as Matthews™ continues to expand their presence.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Wallace worked as the VP of Transactions at Chase Properties, a Cleveland-based private equity firm. During his tenure, he completed over $250M in transactions, built out a new company-wide asset management system, and launched the company’s first institutional joint venture. Prior to Chase Properties, Wallace led East Coast acquisitions and dispositions for DDR, a publicly traded REIT, where he completed over $1 billion in transaction volume during his tenure.
