Cleveland, OH – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, the nation’s fastest-growing commercial real estate firm, announces the addition of two new leasing specialists, Catherine Lueckel and Allison Giomuso. Lueckel and Giomuso will work in tandem to develop and implement leasing strategies for the Midwest.

Allison Giomuso holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University with a concentration in Marketing from the Boler School of Business. Giomuso entered the industry after college, working in a boutique commercial brokerage firm where she learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate marketing. In 2015, she joined Passov Real Estate Group as a Sales Associate where she developed a greater understanding of markets, trends, and trade areas throughout the Ohio market. During her time at Passov Real Estate Group, Giomuso represented a number of tenants from first-time business owners to Fortune 500 companies. She assisted Ohio Marijuana Card with their first 10 locations in 2018. Additionally, she has exclusively represented over 85 property owners in filling vacancies.

“We are so grateful for the time we spent at Passov Real Estate Group. It was hard to leave, however this is an opportunity we simply could not pass up,” said Allison Giomuso. “The resources, tools, and techniques that are used at Matthews™ will enable us to grow our business and better serve our clients.”

Catherine Lueckel attended the University of Akron where she received a degree in Hospitality Administration and Management. She began her career in real estate at Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group where she led property marketing efforts. Her experience in real estate marketing has enabled her to differentiate herself in the commercial real estate space and given her an edge over the competition. For the last 7 years, Lueckel has worked at Passov Real Estate Group, where she exclusively represented more than 85 property owners in filling vacancies. In 2015 she was honored as a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient.

“Matthews™ industry-leading resources and technology, coupled with the firm’s unmatched growth, made this opportunity very attractive,” said Catherine Lueckel. “We are extremely excited to start this new chapter and believe that working at Matthews™ will allow us to bring a much higher level of service to our clients.”

Catherine Lueckel and Allison Giomuso have represented tenants such as Crumbl Cookies, Scout & Molly’s Boutique, Benjamin Moore, Dave’s Cosmic Subs, Three Dog Bakery, Verizon Wireless, 56 Kitchen, Shelter Insurance, and Boss Chick N Beer to name a few. At Matthews™ they will serve as Associate Vice Presidents of Leasing and work out of Matthews™ Cleveland, OH office alongside Vice President of Multifamily, Robert Starrett, Executive Vice President & National Director of Multifamily, David Roth, and Executive Vice President & National Director of Shopping Centers, Ben Snyder. The female leasing team will focus on helping tenants expand by prospecting new territories as well as helping landlords negotiate vacant spaces on their exclusive listings, providing clients with long-term growth and profitability.
