McKinney Land Sale

Matthews™ Associate Baylor Worman, Associate Vice President William Carr, and Associate Vice President Grayson Duyck represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property spans 21.87 acres. Hunington Properties, a Houston-based real estate company, purchased the land with plans for retail development.
