National Firm Hires David Treadwell as Denver Market Leader

 

Denver, CO – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announced its Denver office is getting a new frontman with the hiring of David Treadwell as Market Leader. In his role, Treadwell will manage the Denver office and head its extensive recruitment efforts. In addition, Treadwell will focus on executing business development initiatives for the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division.

 

Coming to Matthews™ with over 14 years of commercial real estate financing experience, Treadwell is a powerhouse in the industry. Positioned as First Vice President of CBRE for almost a decade, Treadwell specialized in long-term permanent financing for stabilized assets. After CBRE, Treadwell joined Newmark Knight Frank as a Senior Managing Director, where he focused on multifamily debt and equity services. Treadwell has completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions since 2010.
