Located in High Traffic Area Seeing Over 600,000 Vehicles Per Day

 

Santa Ana, CAMatthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently completed the $9.3 million acquisition of a 21,330 square foot mini-mall located at 3412 Westminster Road, Santa Ana, CA. The 21-day all-cash transaction was completed by First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold, and Associate Carter Hadley.

 

The trophy asset is in Orange County with direct access to CA-22 Highway, which sees over 350,000 vehicles every day, and 1-5/CA-57 Freeway, which sees north of 250,000 vehicles daily, making this an accessible property. The buyer wanted to expand business in the Orange County area within proximity to the John Wayne Airport.

 

“The timing of this deal was incredible. Both parties were ready and qualified from day one, closing in just 21 days,” said Hadley. “We received record pricing for the property and are eager to see what the buyer has in store for further expansion.”

The strategy was proven an instant success, as the buyer released their deposit to the seller on the first day of escrow and waived all contingencies to secure the listing.
