TRANSACTIONS COORDINATOR

The Transactions Coordinator supports the transaction management team by spearheading efforts to ensure seamless document compliance, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to sustain an efficient transactions process.  This role will be responsible for coordinating all of the logistics of a transaction as directed by the Transactions Manager. Incredible attention to detail & meeting all deadlines are essential to the success of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates all aspects and logistics of a transaction as directed by the Transactions Manager
  • Coordinate with Brokers of Record in each state at various points of the transaction process to ensure the proper treatment of due diligence documents
  • A knack for multi-tasking anything from phone calls to emails to tracking progress across multiple internal and external points of contact
  • Draft purchase and sale agreements, amend contracts, and author commission instruction letters for payment of commission to escrow agents
  • Act as a steward of the quality and completion of due diligence documents
  • Monitor and maintain the adherence to and compliance with state laws nationwide
  • Input, analyze, and identify trends in data as a means of reporting business trajectory and corporate performance
  • Collaborate with multiple points of contact, both internal and external
  • Take-on special projects as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or similar field of study

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), Argus, and AIR Forms a plus
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Passionate about using data as a tool for promoting and monitoring business growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondence
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements
  • Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
  • A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign a plus
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Transactions Coordinator license or certifications a plus
