Prior to Matthews™, Molloy and Kaye held the positions of senior managing director and first vice president, respectively, at Marcus and Millichap. In his previous position, Molloy led a distinguished group of investment specialists on behalf of the Molloy Kaye Retail Group, which was formed in 2015 after Kaye joined as a partner, succeeding the Molloy Retail Group. As first vice president, Kaye served as team lead, aiding in business development, client services, and global group initiatives.
