Matthews™ completed the sale of Carothers Crossing, a retail strip center located at 5040 Carothers Parkway, Franklin, TN. The high-demand asset has been 100 percent leased since April 2019 and is strategically positioned off major highway Interstate 65. The transaction closed $200,000 above the final list price at $11,750,000. Senior Associate Hutt Cooke and Associate Vice President Clay Smith handled the sale.

The property is currently occupied by the global consumer brand, Arm & Hammer. The transaction closed above the final list price at $14,536,000 and was brokered by First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

Matthews™ completed the sale of a single-tenant office building located at 2868 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN. The property is currently leased by the United States of America, which is utilizing the space as an FBI facility. The transaction closed at $8,680,000 and was brokered by First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

The property features 2.2 acres of land, plotted between entertainment destinations Disneyland and Los Angeles Angel’s Stadium. The transaction was brokered by Associate Carter Hadley and First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

Matthews™ completed the acquisition of four separate car wash properties in Lexington, South Carolina. The transaction included an all-cash offer and a 35-day close.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Beacon Roofing Supply property, located at 2200 Cook Drive Northwest, Atlanta, GA. The transaction sold for one of the highest prices per square foot for an industrial property in the Atlanta submarket, in addition to setting a cap rate record for a Beacon Roofing Supply location with three years or less on the lease term.
