Matthews Welcomes Pierce Mayson, Kyle Stonis, Jeff Enck, and Boris Shilkrot

Prior to Matthews™, Mayson, Stonis, and Enck held executive-level positions at SRS Real Estate Partners. Mayson and Stonis were managing principals, leading Southeast investment properties. Enck was positioned as senior vice president. In addition, Shilkrot specialized in sales analytics and business development within the Southeast division. The retail specialists managed the strategic disposition of institutionally and privately-owned shopping centers in 17 different states across the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast. Together, the agents bring with them deep client relationships forged over 50 years of experience, along with over $4 billion in career transaction volume.
