The property’s seller wanted to free up equity to buy another investment out of state, capitalizing on the value of the strategically located asset off of Interstate 10 and minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport. The buyer, who was sourced through an existing relationship, already owned property in the area and wanted to expand with a proven tenant and a building in excellent condition.

This two-property portfolio consisted of a five-year sale-leaseback with a high-performing tenant within an extremely tight submarket.
