National Brokerage Hires Multifamily Expert Caleb Frizzell to Lead Charge into Birmingham Market
Birmingham, AL — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, hired Caleb Frizzell as First Vice President to lead the charge into the Birmingham marketplace. Frizzell specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the region.
Frizzell brings several successful years of commercial real estate experience to Matthews™. Starting his career at Berkadia, Frizzell was most recently positioned as Vice President at Marcus & Millichap. He focuses on multifamily properties within the Birmingham metro and surrounding submarkets, handling the sale of over 10,000 units and $1.8 billion in transaction volume throughout his career.

This is the third market the Nashville-based brokerage opened in this quarter, expanding to Houston and Washington D.C. in early Fall 2023.
