White Rhino Opens New Location in Fort Worth

Fort Worth, TX —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the lease of 4560 Heritage Trace Parkway, Fort Worth, TX, within a new construction strip center. Matthews™ Associate Jeffrey Carr, Senior Associate Grayson Duyck, and Associate Vice President William Carr represented the tenant in the transaction.

White Rhino Coffee, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based coffee chain, leased the 1,500-square-foot space. The Fort Worth site, shadow-anchored by Walmart, will be White Rhino Coffee’s 13th location, with five additional locations currently under construction. The company continues to expand throughout DFW expansion through leasing and new builds.

“By specializing in the Tarrant County market, I was able to source the deal quickly and efficiently. I knew what was available in my market and was able to find the best suited drive-through space for the tenant,” Jeffrey Carr said. “Glad we could get this done for White Rhino Coffee as they continue to expand their DFW footprint.”

Matthews™ retail leasing services are active throughout the country, specializing in landlord and tenant representation.
