NEW YORK — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, welcomed prominent commercial real estate debt and equity specialist Andrew Marcus as First Vice President. Based in New York, Marcus is joining the Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) Division, where he will provide commercial financing solutions nationwide across all product types.

 

Marcus joins Matthews™ with over a decade of commercial financing experience. Most recently, Marcus was a top producer and founding member of Dansker Capital Group, where he was responsible for securing commercial debt for a variety of asset types locally and nationwide. Throughout his career, Marcus has worked with some of the industry’s largest lenders, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, private and public funds, government agencies, and more. In total, Marcus has secured $300 million in capital for clients across the U.S.
