His comprehensive market knowledge and extensive database in the industry, working alongside private capital clients, investors, developers, syndicators, institutions, and 1031 Exchange buyers, have aided him in becoming one of real estate’s top-trusted brokers. Jake’s utilization of combining intellect and drive allow him to position his clients to make the most informed decisions that provide the greatest long-term financial success and profitability. His plethora of experience helps him advise young individuals in the industry, assisting them in the transactional process, business development, relationship management, and training programs.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Jake worked at Taylor Street Real Estate Advisors as the Vice President of Investments and Director of Retail. Before that, he worked at Marcus & Millichap on a nationally recognized investment team, closing over 700 property sales in over 40 states, totaling more than $2 billion in transactional volume.
