The group was previously a team of Inland Pacific, a San Diego-based brokerage firm. All professionals specialize in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties in Southern California, in addition to leasing services and providing industrial-focused capital markets solutions. This group has focused significant time within the private capital and industrial investment middle market space, creating a strong investment advisory track record grounded in an understanding of acquisition, leasing, management, construction, and capital structuring.

 

Chris Nelson, Sam Sukut, Jacob Castro, Jack Simonis, and Ben Turner are among the team members joining Matthews™.
