Based in Denver, Feder specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of single and multi-tenant retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Denver MSA and nationally.

 

Bringing nearly three decades of experience to Matthews™, Feder most recently was the founder and managing principal of Feder Commercial Realty Advisors.  During his career, he spearheaded Kimco Realty’s Colorado portfolio, successfully repositioning the company’s 12+ assets, spanning over 1.2 million square feet. Throughout his career, Feder has worked with the nation’s leading retailers, including Noodles & Co., Jimmy John’s, and Little Caesars. He has solidified himself as a specialist in filling the retail component of mixed-use developments throughout the metro area. Feder has handled the lease-up of over 25 ground-up mixed-use developments by curating the best-in-class tenancy in the marketplace.
