Agent Represents Seller in Disposition of Fort Worth Industrial Property
Dallas, TX —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the sale of a Beacon Roofing Supply property at 5328 East Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth, TX. The property sold at the full list price of $5,225,000. Senior Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold represented the seller in the transaction.
The industrial property, located within four miles of downtown Fort Worth, features Fortune 500 and BB- credit tenant: Beacon Roofing Supply. The +/- 70,000 SF facility was originally built on 7.25 Acres in 1969 and was recently renovated in 2023.

The seller is a repeat client of Matthews™ and an active national industrial investor. The property was acquired by a family office based out of Nashville, TN.
