The Healthcare Tenant Leased 5,000 SF in New Retail Development
Dallas, TX — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed a lease for 5,000 square feet at McKinney Ranch, a newly developed shopping center located at 3700 McKinney Ranch Parkway, McKinney, TX. Matthews™ Associate Baylor Worman and Senior Associate Grayson Duyck represented the landlord in the transaction.
The space was leased to Behavioral Innovations, a national healthcare company that specializes in ABA therapy for children with Autism. Behavioral Innovations has over 20 sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro and several other locations across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Virginia. The transaction was the first lease executed at the retail center, with a lease term of seven years.
