The property sold for $6.3M, $900,000 above the list price. Senior Associate Harrison Auerbach and First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold handled the transaction.

 

Matthews™ represented the seller, owner of A&B Home Outlet, who was interested in disposing of the property to relocate into a larger facility to accommodate their growing business. The seller received a profitable price point and an efficient close without delays.
