Local Agent Jake Baratz Joins Matthews™ Phoenix Office as VP

 

Phoenix, AZ – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently hired Jake Baratz as Vice President. Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant retail nationwide, Baratz is based out of the firm’s Phoenix office, which also serves as the company’s National Operations Center. As Vice President, Baratz will assist in the leadership of the retail group in Phoenix and develop Matthews’ presence throughout the Phoenix MSA and Southwest.

 

Prior to joining Matthews™, Baratz was positioned as Vice President at Taylor Street Real Estate Advisors. In addition, Baratz was a part of a nationally recognized retail team at Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for advisory and transaction services, business development, management of junior agent training, and relationship maintenance. Throughout his career Baratz has closed over 700 transactions across 40 states, culminating in an excess of $2 billion in sales volume.
