Boris Shilkrot

Boris Shilkrot is an Associate Vice President at Matthews™, specializing in the disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the Southeast. His experience in investment sales, financial analysis, and underwriting enables him to advise owners and institutional investors on the evaluation and positioning of retail assets. Boris works closely with clients throughout the sales process, providing informed guidance tailored to each property and their investment objectives.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Boris spent more than six years with the Multi-Tenant Investment Sales team at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he focused on the disposition of shopping centers across the Southeast. He began his career with Synovus’ commercial real estate platform, where he gained experience in underwriting, valuation, and financial analysis.
