Vice President Brian Brady brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets to his role at Matthews™. An experienced mortgage broker, he has funded debt nationwide for multifamily, office industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. He has experience as a mortgage-backed securities trader, residential lender, real estate broker and ran a non-depository lender in Southern California before moving to Florida.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Brian’s capital advisory firm helped independent commercial real estate brokers secure financing for their clients for over 15 years. He is a licensed real estate broker in AL, CA, and FL and an NMLS licensed originator.
