Bryce Smith

Bryce Smith is a multifamily investment sales professional with more than eight years of experience advising clients on apartment transactions across Texas. Since entering multifamily brokerage in 2018, Bryce has successfully transacted more than $400 million in multifamily assets across major Texas markets, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and several secondary growth markets throughout the state.

Bryce specializes in the sale of B and C class multifamily properties, with a focus on delivering strategic advisory services and creating competitive outcomes for his clients. He is known for his ability to source opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and connect sellers with qualified buyers through deep market knowledge and a relationship-driven approach.

Before transitioning into multifamily brokerage, Bryce built his foundation in real estate through single-family sales and luxury apartment leasing. That experience, combined with years of multifamily transaction execution, has shaped his practical and results-oriented approach to helping investors achieve their acquisition and disposition goals.

Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lubbock Christian University. He lives in the Fort Worth area with his wife and their three sons.
