Clint Olsen

Clint Olsen is a seasoned real estate professional at Matthews™ specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily throughout New York City. With over two decades of experience, Clint brings deep market knowledge, strategic insight, and a proven track record advising owners, developers, and institutional investors across the full lifecycle of real estate assets.

Throughout his career, Clint has completed the sale of more than 100 properties and has extensive experience working with lenders, special servicers, and private owners on the valuation and disposition of assets. He is particularly skilled in zoning and air rights analysis, helping clients unlock value in complex development opportunities across New York City.

Before joining Matthews™, Clint served as a managing director at JLL, where he focused on investment sales across the New York metropolitan area. Prior to JLL, he was an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield following its acquisition of Massey Knakal Realty Services, New York City’s leading building sales firm. Clint began his career at Massey Knakal, where he spent nearly 12 years as director of sales, specializing in the sale of multifamily buildings, development sites, mixed-use assets, retail condominiums, and non-performing debt.
