Specifically at Matthews™, Daniel specializes in retail shopping centers. Using a strategic approach, Daniel leverages his expertise in leasing, marketing, investment, and financing strategies for new store developments and existing projects to suit his client’s needs. Daniel brings years of experience in the industry, including an ample amount of experience working with national tenants. Prior to Matthews™, Daniel worked on repositioning assets and representing landlords with lease up and stabilizing of retail properties for his personal retail consulting corporation. Before working independently, Daniel was the Vice President of Leasing at IGP Business Group and also worked at The Woodmont Company in Florida. Within Daniel’s extensive experience, he also worked for Avison Young, Lanqwest Commercial, Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., and Simon Property Group.
