Fynn Jones is an Associate within the Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) Division, based in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses on debt and structured finance for multifamily assets, providing tailored financing solutions for private and middle-market owners across Texas and the Southeast. A North Dallas native from the Frisco area, Fynn brings local market knowledge to his client relationships across the Collin County submarkets. He combines a strong foundation in commercial banking and financial modeling with an interest in applying technology and AI to enhance market intelligence and deliver value for his clients.
