Isaac Shabot

Isaac Shabot serves as First Vice President at Matthews™, specializing in retail and mixed-use investment sales throughout New York City. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Isaac advises private investors, family offices, developers, and institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and the greater New York metropolitan area.

At Matthews™, Isaac focuses on helping owners and investors navigate the New York City investment market through strategic advisory, market intelligence, and a national investment sales platform. His combination of local market knowledge, transaction experience, and principal-side expertise allows him to provide clients with comprehensive guidance throughout the entire investment lifecycle.

Isaac brings extensive experience navigating the complexities of New York City commercial real estate, with a background spanning investment sales, acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, and property-level financial analysis. Prior to joining Matthews™, he served as Director of Investment Sales at Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he spent more than a decade advising clients on commercial real estate transactions throughout the New York market. Earlier in his career, Isaac worked in investment sales at HFF and spent seven years at RIPCO Real Estate representing national and local retailers, landlords, and property owners throughout New York City.

Isaac began his career on the principal side of the business as an Acquisitions Associate with Glory Capital. In that role, he sourced investment opportunities, analyzed potential acquisitions, conducted due diligence, developed cash flow projections, and worked alongside brokers, attorneys, architects, and engineers throughout the acquisition process. This experience provides Isaac with an investor-focused perspective when evaluating opportunities and advising clients on property positioning, valuation, and transaction strategy.
