Before transitioning into a leadership role, Kevin established himself as a respected professional in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in net lease retail assets and shopping center sales. Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and client-focused approach, he leveraged market expertise and innovative technology to deliver exceptional results for investors. Kevin built lasting industry relationships and earned a reputation for providing strategic guidance, execution certainty, and a high level of service.

 

Prior to joining Matthews™, Kevin specialized in single-tenant net lease investments at Marcus & Millichap. Before entering commercial real estate, he served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that continue to guide him today.
