Mabelle Perez

Mabelle Perez is a Vice President at Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets, with a primary focus on South Florida and strategic coverage nationwide. Over the past five years, she has been involved in more than 34 transactions totaling approximately $400 million in sales volume.

Known for her disciplined work ethic and forward-thinking approach, Mabelle combines market intelligence with modern marketing strategies to position assets effectively and drive competitive outcomes. By leveraging Matthews’ platform and technology, she delivers deeper market insights while maintaining a highly efficient, client-focused execution process.

Mabelle began her career in residential real estate before transitioning into commercial real estate in 2018 with Marcus & Millichap. She joined Berkadia in 2019, where she was promoted to Director in 2020, driven by her ability to strategically market assets and expand investor reach nationwide. In 2024, she joined Matthews™ to help build and scale the National Hospitality platform, earning a promotion to Vice President within her first year.

Beyond brokerage, Mabelle is a committed advocate for women and minority representation in commercial real estate. She served as Director of Programs for CREW Miami from 2022 to 2024, and later as Signature Events Director in 2025, where she led sponsorship efforts that exceeded $150,000, funding scholarships for women pursuing careers in the industry.

She is also actively involved with the Latino Hotel Association, where she focuses on expanding access to ownership by connecting emerging and established operators with capital, resources, and strategic opportunities. Passionate about mentorship, Mabelle is dedicated to helping the next generation of leaders grow beyond traditional roles and step into ownership.
