Patrick Graham

Serving as a Market Leader, Patrick Graham manages the development of the Matthews™ office in Houston, Texas. Patrick leads the Houston office bringing decades of industry experience, training, and coaching. Patrick actively recruits new-to-the-business agents who want to learn how to be successful as well as experienced agents who want to join a dynamic platform that offers a positive and supportive environment in one of our country’s hottest markets.

Patrick has over two decades of commercial real estate experience as a broker, developer, general contractor, and investor. Having completed hundreds of transactions and developed many buildings across Texas, Patrick has the unique experience of creating value across multiple disciplines. Throughout his career he has focused on single-tenant retail investment sales, retail tenant representation, land acquisition, and industrial transactions. Patrick has successfully deployed many strategies including build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, ground-up new construction, remodels, fee-based development, and project management.

Prior to Matthews™, Patrick was the President & CEO at Grawood Commercial Real Estate and Grawood Construction. Grawood’s services included commercial brokerage and general construction providing turn-key solutions to Grawood’s clients. This included site selection analysis, tenant, landlord, buyer, and seller representation of land, retail, industrial, and office properties. For 6 years prior to founding Grawood, Patrick was a Director at Colliers International in Houston, Texas where his main focus was on investment property sales and retail site selection. Patrick has been a successful entrepreneur starting multiple businesses. In addition to Grawood Commercial and Grawood Construction, he owned and operated a successful insurance agency in The Woodlands, Texas. This extensive entrepreneurial background provides a wealth of experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training employees and establishing a culture of caring for clients and each other.

Patrick decided to close his outside businesses and join Matthews™ to fulfill his earnest desire to make a difference in the commercial real estate industry. At Matthews™, Patrick found a cultural fit perfectly aligned with his core beliefs and work ethic.
