Quinn Finney

Quinn Finney serves as Vice President of Engineering & AI at Matthews™, where he leads the firm’s engineering, artificial intelligence, and technology development initiatives. Known for translating complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes, Quinn combines deep engineering expertise with a focus on building scalable platforms, high-performing teams, and innovative solutions that support growth across the organization.

Throughout his 15+ years of experience in technology, Quinn has held executive technology leadership roles across software, e-commerce, logistics, and SaaS organizations. He has architected and delivered enterprise platforms supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in annual transactions and sales, including an in-house ERP and commerce platform managing more than 250,000 products and $250 million in annual revenue. He also designed a payment infrastructure handling more than $100 million in annual transactions and led the technology behind a record-setting product launch that processed more than $120 million in sales in three days.

Quinn’s experience spans artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and digital commerce. He has developed AI assistants, workflow automation systems, generative AI solutions, and large-scale operational platforms while leading engineering organizations of more than 40 professionals and supporting company growth from 15 to 400 employees. Before joining Matthews™, he served in technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Acquisition.com, Resident Human, Retail Ecommerce Ventures, and Cord Digital, as well as Director of Engineering at Tradefull.
