Based in Louisville, KY, Tim opened the firm’s local office and leads specialized agents focused on multifamily investments and development land across central Kentucky and southern Indiana. Clients appreciate Tim’s clear communication, follow-through, and practical insight, which help guide them confidently through each step of the deal process.
In 2022, Tim generated over $60 million in sales volume, with a growing portfolio of work spanning both stabilized multifamily assets and development sites. He utilizes Matthews’ proprietary valuation tools, national investor reach, and full-service transaction support to deliver strong outcomes from listing to close.
Prior to Matthews™, Tim represented over $132.9 million in multifamily transactions during his first two years at Marcus & Millichap. He was an integral contributor on the Andrews Dickman Team, which completed more than $1 billion in sales across 15,000 units. Earlier in his career, Tim served as procurement manager at his family’s business, the 8th largest industrial greenhouse operation in the U.S.
