Before stepping into a leadership role, Wyatt specialized in the disposition of single-tenant net lease assets, with a particular focus on Dollar General properties. His deep understanding of the Dollar General investment market enabled him to advise clients on dispositions and 1031 exchanges, helping them achieve their long-term investment goals. Wyatt also brings experience in multifamily real estate, giving him a well-rounded perspective on commercial real estate and the needs of both buyers and sellers.
