Job Description
The Sales Operations & Transaction Coordinator supports top-producing investment sales agents by managing the operational and marketing processes that drive investment sales transactions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the operations side of commercial real estate.
The coordinator plays a key role in managing the lifecycle of investment sales deals, with a strong focus on overseeing proposals, listings, and marketing deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, transitioning deals from proposal to active listing, and ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time in partnership with internal teams.
This role manages a high volume of active deals and serves as a central point of coordination across agents, clients, and internal departments. The coordinator ensures timelines, accuracy, and consistency across all stages of the sales process.

This is an on-site role based in our Encino, CA office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained
• Support and manage a pipeline of proposals and listings, helping transition deals from proposal stage through active marketing while tracking key milestones
• Build, coordinate, and edit marketing packages, including drafting content for email campaigns and website postings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials
• Abstract leases for single-tenant and multi-tenant properties and perform basic underwriting and financial analysis of commercial real estate assets
• Prepare and manage listing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements
• Compile due diligence materials to support active listings and transactions
• Coordinate with agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment, communication, and timely execution
• Proactively anticipate deal needs, identify potential roadblocks, and help keep transactions moving forward
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet critical deadlines, and provide regular status updates
• Take on special projects as needed to support business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 0–1 year of professional experience or internship in real estate or a related field
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly the operations and execution side of investment sales
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with intermediate math and basic financial concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret real estate contracts and leases
• Adaptable, proactive problem solver with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Self-starter who can work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Argus, and AIR Forms is a plus

Salary Range: $70,304 – $75,000
